Zacks Financial Data Connector: Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Zacks Financial Data connector through an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity or other AI assistant/harness. By signing up or using it, you agree to them.

1. What it's for

The connector lets you use Zacks data and research while you work with an AI assistant: asking questions, comparing stocks, reading analysis. It's built for people doing research, not for programs collecting data.

2. What you can do

Ask your AI assistant questions that use Zacks data, for your own research or your work.
Share answers in normal ways, like a number in a note to a client or colleague.

3. What you can't do

Pull data systematically across large numbers of stocks, or try to copy Zacks data in bulk.
Store the data to build your own database, dataset, product or feed.
Resell, redistribute or publish the data in bulk.
Use the data to train or fine-tune AI models.
Get around usage limits, for example by using multiple accounts.
Share your login or let others use your account.

4. Usage limits

We set limits on how much you can use the connector, and we may change them. If you reach a limit, you'll need to wait before continuing.

5. Need more?

Systematic, bulk or automated access is available through a paid Zacks data license. Contact data@zacks.com.

6. If these terms are broken

We may slow down, pause or close your account. When we can, we'll contact you first.

7. Not investment advice

Zacks data and research are for information only, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Data can contain errors, and AI assistants can summarize it imperfectly, so check before you act.

8. Your information

How we handle your information, including a record of the requests you make, is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms.
